Treating depression allows clients to improve their mental health and well-being, lifting them out of sadness and promote healthy living choices. I treat depression with the understanding that it may take awhile to help change how you feel, think and behave.
Life transitions include major life changes, such as divorce, retirement, or career changes. I provide clients with the support and guidance they need to move through these transitions with confidence and clarity.
I help clients build a positive self-image and develop greater confidence in themselves and their abilities. I assist clients to identify negative self-talk and belief patterns and replace them with more positive and empowering ones.
A mind-body wellness session, often termed somatics, can help clients cultivate greater awareness of the mind-body connection and develop practices to support their overall health and well-being.
